From the second you enter VLCC your journey begins. You are greeted and welcomed by friendly receptionist, therapist makes you feel like a wanted guest and entire atmosphere is comforting.

I have had several treatments with VLCC wellness fitness and spa in 3 different locations:

• Elixir Therapy at VLCC Festival City.

• H2O Osmotique at VLCC Dubai Marina.

• EKS Vitality for Hair.

Each treatment was customized up to my needs and complexion.

Now a little more in detail.

Elixir Therapy started with taking my current BMI and body measurements. Even though I do not intend to loose weight, I had Elixir treatment for relaxing purpose. After moving into the therapy room, an amazing VLCC ritual was performed at the beginning of each and every appointment at VLCC to create a connection between body and soul. Deep tissue massage and hot stone massage with use of natural oils relaxed every tensed muscle in my body. My therapist then did a body wrap and finished the treatment with massage using one of special tools. The result was truly unbelievable!!! I have slimmed by 300 grams (mostly retained water) and 4 cm overall. Just like therapist predicted. After the treatment was finished I met VLCC Festival City branch manager to give my feedback about the treatment.

H2O Osmotique is super hydrating facial treatment for man and woman who need better moisturising and more nurturing skin care. With high-precision active ingredients H2Osmotic delivery glowy dowy skin in just 1 visit. The treatment starts with gentle skin peel applied on the face and neck, it may feel a little bit tingling, which is completely normal. Followed by hydractive concentrate, that transmits into the skin with the help of device such as Ultrasound. The next step was Organic Nutritive Oil 15 minute massage, I was completely blown away by that. In fact, therapist Yulia, who did my treatment is one of the most experienced therapist in the beauty field. After that HA-Glacier Mousse Mask was applied to my face and neck for 20 minutes. During this time I received head, hand and shoulder massage. Truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience finished by applying Collagenic Moist Essesnce. After finishing H2Osmotique I met VLCC Marina Branch manager Mrs Monisha Gambhir to give my feedback and discuss the future visits.

EKS Vitality for Hair is designed for man and women with dry, damaged hair and hair-loss complain. Full treatment consists of 4-5 appointments weekly:

1. Hair-loss product application

2. Purity treatment

3. Seborrhea control

4. Sensitive scalp treatment

5. Reconstruction Therapy for hair ends

All the treatments are applicational without the use of an irons.

I have tested sensitive scalp treatment. Haircare specialist Oxana gave me utmost attention during my visit. While she put the hairmask on, i had an excellent explanation of ingredients, and effect of different treatments on my fine hair. The mask stayed on for 30 minutes. Treatment was completed with dedicated masks and serums to soften my flaky hair ends, burned by having many photoshoots, twizzing and spraying. Only light hair dryer was used to dampen my hair. The effect was amazing. My hair became more shiny and soft. Oxana promised me if I keep coming every week I will see even better hair regeneration.

Overall I would give 5 stars to VLCC network of salons. It is well managed, refined with thoughtful personal and in super convenient location throughout Dubai.
